Bacon Cheddar Ranch Potato Skins
Crispy bacon cheddar ranch potato skins are scrumptious to eat and are a sure crowd pleaser. To make them bake 12 russet potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for an hour or until fork tender, slice them into halves, scoop the potatoes out of the skins into a mixing bowl and place the skins onto cookie sheets. Next, take a ½ cup of ranch dressing and mash it into the potatoes. Then, scoop the mixture back into the potato skins and top with shredded cheddar cheese and bites of bacon. After, place them into the oven at 400 degrees for another 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Next, remove them from the oven onto a serving dish, top with freshly minced chives and serve up with a side of sour cream.
Mini Mozzarella Tomato and Basil Bites
Grab a couple pounds of mini mozzarella balls, 2 pints of cherry tomatoes and a couple packages of fresh basil leaves with a bottle of vinaigrette dressing. Next, place a mini mozzarella ball onto a toothpick with a cherry tomato and basil leave afterwards. Keep doing this onto there is an entire platter of mini mozzarella tomato and basil bites. After, drizzle the bites with vinaigrette dressing and serve them up.
Spicy Peach Nacho Cups
On a cookie sheet, place several tiny tortilla chip scoops in even rows. Fill each tortilla cup with a tablespoons of spicy peach salsa. Then sprinkle some mild jack cheddar cheese into each one and top each one with a slice of sweet pickled banana pepper and a sprinkle of cilantro.
