Proven Cocktail Menu for your Next Party

#1 – Pulled Pork and Biscuits

Preparing mini biscuits and sandwiching pulled pork in between two halves makes for a delicious cocktail appetizer that is just the right size. Shredded red cabbage and carrots can be added to the pulled pork to bulk up the filling a little and a sprinkle of grated cheese will add the right finishing touch.

#2 – Steak Squares

A baguette cut into multiple slices and topped with a combination of ground peas, feta cheese and fresh mint will provide up to a dozen portions of crostini. It is best to place the topping on the crostini as soon as possible before serving to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Chicken breasts cut into strips, rolled in a combination of breadcrumbs and crushed corn flake cereal and served with a range of veggie crudités and blue cheese dip are always a hit. Popular options for crudités include baby carrots, beans or small radishes cut in half.
